Pool Safety & Security:

In order to ensure the safety and security of the people and property in this area the HOA Board asks that you follow all of the pool rules.  Residents are responsible for the actions of their children and guests.  Be sure to inform them of and expect compliance with all of the pool rules.  The following are a few rules that are frequently areas of concern for those individuals enjoying the pool.

THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.  All residents shall make the pool rules known to their children and guests.

  • ALL children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a “Responsible Party”. A “Responsible Party” is defined as a person 16 years of age or older, who has the ability to swim. Residents under the age of 18 years shall not have more than two (2) guests under 14 that they are supervising.
  • NO DIVING anywhere
  • NO dunking
  • Residents will be responsible for any damage/acts/of their children or guests
  • NO glass objects or containers are allowed in the pool area
  • Food or drink prohibited in the pool
  • Animals are prohibited
  • NO water balloons
  • NO smoking (or vaping)
  • Anyone having an infectious/communicable disease is not allowed in pool
  • NO horseplay, running, excessive splashing, rude behavior, inappropriate language, or any other activity will be allowed that could be considered dangerous, disruptive or offensive to others
  • Appropriate swimwear MUST be worn at all times (no street clothes, cut-offs, or thongs)
  • Before leaving the pool area, please dispose of all trash and lower the umbrellas at the tables
  • Do not get in water in inclement weather (lightning)

Failure to obey rules may result in loss of pool privileges.  Please pick up after yourself - use recycle and trash bins provided.  Owner/Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

It is important that we all take responsibility for the common neighborhood pool area.  Please take pride in it and feel free to address any inappropriate behavior or situations.  Remember, this is your pool.

Lost Key Fobs:

In the event that you lose the key fob assigned to your residence, please contact the HOA Board via email here to arrange for a replacement.  There may be a slight delay to process a replacement and a $30 replacement fee will be assessed.  In addition, the original key fob will be permanently deactivated.

Please note the key fob is black and gray. Not blue.
